STN adds Indian patent full text file – INFULL	28. Mai 2013
As of May 28, 2013, INFULL adds the full-text of Indian patent applications and granted patents in English to STN. The Indian Patent Office (Intellectual Property India) published about 30.000 documents in recent years.

Emtree Thesaurus Updated in Embase	07. Mai 2013
The second update for 2013 to Emtree, the Embase thesaurus, was completed on April 28, 2013. 1,686 new terms were introduced, mostly in the area of medical devices.

The Cooperative Patent Classification (CPC) is a new patent classification system jointly developed and maintained by the European Patent Office (EPO) and the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Cooperative Patent Classification (CPC) Added to USPATOLD on STN	22. März 2013
Effective March 24, 2013, STN now includes Cooperative Patent Classification (CPC) search and display features, and a CPC thesaurus in USPATOLD. USPATOLD contains full-text and classifications of published U.S. patents issued between 1790-1975.
