Simultaneous Left Truncation and Right Truncation (SLART) added to TI, AB, CLM and MCLM fields in PATDPAFULL

Simultaneous left and right truncation (SLART) has been added for the Title (TI), Abstract (AB), and Main Claim (MCLM) fields in the PATDPAFULL database. SLART is also available in the Basic Index (BI) and claims (CLM) field.
For information on SLART enter HELP TRUNCATION or HELP SFIELDS at an arrow prompt (=>) in the database.
