The highlight manager reserves dark gray to indicate research overlap between organizations and light gray to represent the non-highlighted organizations.

The eight-color palatte makes it easy to compare the research focus of these organizations.

You can create a variety of bar charts and matrixes based on the following data sets - Derwent Class, Derwent Manual Codes, patent country codes/kind codes, patent classifications, patent countries, priority application dates/years, publication year trends, and Technology Indicators, as well as your own personalized labels.
