FILE UPDATES

1. BEILSTEIN UPDATED WITH MORE THAN 53,000 NEW COMPOUNDS

With the update on July 20, 2005, more than 53,000 new compounds and supplementary recent data for about 29,000 compounds have been added to the BEILSTEIN database. Currently the file contains 9,271,550 organic compounds. For more than 8,040,000 BEILSTEIN substances information on reactions is available in the file.

The Database Summary Sheet is available in STNGUIDE and on the Web on our Database List.

2. STN PATENT FIXED FEE PLAN

A fixed fee pricing option for selected chemistry and intellectual property information is now available on STN. This program is designed for STN corporate customers who need to access patent content by utilizing the power and precision of STN's search tools at a predictable, controlled cost.
