The Regulated Chemicals Listing file contains information about chemical substances listed on the EPA TSCA (Environmental Protection Agency Toxic Substances Control Act) Inventory or those subject to regulations under the Toxic Substances Control Act or similar legislation. CHEMLIST also includes the Canadian Domestic Substances List (DSL) and Non-Domestic Substances List (NDSL), the Australian Inventory of Chemical Substances (AICS), the Philippines Inventory of Chemicals and Chemical Substances (PICCS), the Korean Existing Chemicals List (ECL), the list of Existing and New chemical Substance (ENCS) promulgated by the Kashin Act of Japan, the European Inventory of Existing Commercial Chemical Substances (EINECS), as well as new notifications on the European List of notified Chemical Substances (ELINCS), two lists of chemicals regulated in Switzerland, the list regulated under the Taiwan Toxic Chemical Substances Control Act of 1986, the 2001 proposed list of chemical substances that is to be regulated under Israel Hazardous Substances Law and Regulations List, U.S. regulatory lists, Highly Hazardous Che­micals List, lists of the U.S. Department of Transporta­tion, and some U.S. state lists. Chemical names, regulatory information, and CAS Registry Num­bers are search­able. For convenient choice of pric­ing, the HCHEMLIST file – identical to CHEMLIST – is available.
