Order Status
The individual FIZ AutoDoc Order Number allows you to continuously track the status of your orders.
| Your last three orders are always listed at the right side of the FIZ AutoDoc order screen. |
| Summarized order lists, order detail screens, order lookup features etc. help you to monitor and access your order information in real time. |
| You may download all or selected orders as a complete list (.xls-format) |
| On demand, you will be sent an "order notification" by e-mail, which allows you to check the order status without the need to log in to FIZ AutoDoc. |
"Personal Orders" displays a summarized list of all your orders. Browse and selection functions (by order status and / or by date range) help you to navigate within the list. A download function is provided as well.
"Order Details" displays the full order information.
The search option "Personal Lookup" gives you quick access to individual orders according to order number, customer reference number and free text.
