EU legislation (Council Directive 2002/38/EC of 7 May 2002 http://europa.eu/legislation_summaries/consumers/protection_of_consumers/l31044_en.htm) requires that VAT for online services such as FIZ AutoDoc be charged according to the receiver of the services. The company receiving the services has to be mentioned on the invoice.
This means that separate FIZ AutoDoc invoices have to be issued for each company location.
If you would like to receive a collective invoice covering all locations (to be sent, for example, to your central accounting), you have to enter into the following additional agreement with us:
